1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Verbory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the User") and G-Advance Interactive ("we", "us", "the Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the Verbory mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must not use the application.
2. License to Use
G-Advance Interactive grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Verbory application on your mobile devices for the sole purpose of enjoying the software for educational and personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you ownership rights over the application.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, source code, visual interfaces, graphics, game systems, and databases integrated into Verbory (including the curation of our master verb list) are the exclusive property of G-Advance Interactive and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, sell, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
- You may not use our trademarks, logos, or graphic assets ("Press Kit") for unauthorized commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
4. Virtual Economy and Digital Goods
Verbory includes a virtual economy system based on "Keys", as well as other digital goods such as lives, streak protectors, and visual themes. By obtaining these items (either organically or by watching ads), you acquire a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable license to use them exclusively within the application.
- No monetary value: Keys and other virtual goods have no real-world value. They are not real money, do not accrue interest, and cannot be redeemed, sold, refunded, or transferred for fiat money or other goods outside the application.
- Control and Modification: We reserve the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual goods and the amount of keys required to obtain them at any time and without prior notice, without incurring any legal liability to you.
5. In-App Purchases (Verbory PRO)
The application offers the possibility of purchasing a premium version ("Verbory PRO") through a one-time payment, which unlocks permanent advantages described in the interface.
- Payment Processing: All transactions made with real money are entirely processed by the app store's billing system (Google Play Billing). We do not request, process, or store your financial, billing, or credit card information.
- Restoring Purchases: Your Verbory PRO subscription is linked to the Google account you used to make the payment. If you change devices or reinstall the application, you can reactivate your Premium benefits using the "Restore Purchases" feature within the app's settings, as long as you use the same Google account.
6. Refund Policy
Except as expressly required by applicable laws or by Google Play's official refund policies, all purchases of virtual goods and subscriptions (Verbory PRO) are final and non-refundable. G-Advance Interactive does not process direct refunds or provide compensation (in real money or keys) for accidental purchases, the loss of consumed virtual goods, or the voluntary uninstallation of the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Verbory application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. G-Advance Interactive does not warrant that the application will be free of errors, bugs, unexpected crashes, or service interruptions.
- Local Data Responsibility: Since Verbory operates with a 100% offline architecture, the user expressly understands and agrees that uninstalling the application, clearing data from the operating system, or changing devices will result in the irreversible loss of their progress, streaks, consumable purchases, and personal lists. G-Advance Interactive assumes no responsibility, technical or legal, for the loss of this data, nor does it have the obligation to restore it.

Educational and Gamification Purposes (No Official Validity): Verbory is a support and entertainment tool. The game mechanics, including the Exam Mode's "Certified Seal", "Prestige Titles", statistics, and scores, are virtual representations of the user's internal progress. They do not constitute, substitute, or equate to any official academic or professional certification, or official language proficiency assessment (such as TOEFL, IELTS, etc.).

Linguistic Accuracy: We provide an initial database of 750 verbs and their suggested translations. Because language is highly contextual and regional, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all translations. The user is responsible for verifying the proper use of vocabulary in formal, academic, or professional contexts.
- Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Verbory application after the posting of any modifications constitutes your express acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Mexico City, Mexico. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of present or future domiciles.
